Exercise tips to help manage your cholesterol levels.
Talk to your doctor about how changes to your exercise routine may help increase your HDL (good cholesterol) level. These changes may also help improve your LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
-
Get at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity
on five or more days each week.
-
Choose activities that you enjoy, and vary them. Wear comfortable clothing. Find a convenient time and place,
and then turn it into a healthy habit.
-
Be sure you talk to your doctor before you begin a physical activity program.
